A King’s Penicillin Cocktail takes inspiration from the rejuvenating flavors of the season. Blending the freshness of citrus and the delicate sweetness of honey, this cocktail is a delightful way to embrace the blooming springtime. Combined with blended whisky and The King's Ginger liqueur, it offers a vibrant and invigorating experience that celebrates the change of seasons. Whether you're lounging in a sunny garden or exploring the blossoming outdoors, this refreshing cocktail is sure to elevate your springtime moments.

1 oz The King’s Ginger
1 oz Blended whisky
.75 oz Lemon juice
.25 oz Honey water (Equal parts honey to water)

Measure out all the ingredients using a spirit measure and pour into a glass filled with ice.

Shake thoroughly to ensure the cocktail is well mixed
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with crystallised ginger and a lemon peel.

The Voladora Cazuela cocktail featuring Convite Mezcal is just the inspiration we need this World Cocktail Day. Luckily for us, it couldn’t be easier to make.

1 cup @mezcalconvite
1 cup honey syrup
1 cup grapefruit juice
1 oz. fresh orange juice
12 oz Seltzer Water
Sliced citrus
Pinch of salt
3 blocks of ice
Grapefruit, lime and orange slices.
Dehydrated citrus wheels

1. In a large bowl or pitcher, mix together honey syrup, grapefruit juice, fresh orange juice, and Convite Mezcal or tequila.
2. Add a pinch of salt and stir to combine.
3. Add 3 blocks of ice to the bowl or pitcher.
4. Top off with seltzer water and gently stir.
5. Garnish with sliced citrus and dehydrated citrus wheels.
6. Serve in a cazuela or any other large cocktail glass.
