Happy Pisco Sour Day! This classic cocktail was created on April 1, 1916 by Victor Morris, owner of the Morris Bar in Jirón de la Unión in Lima, and today holds its place as the national drink of Peru. 🇵🇪 We’ll be celebrating this cocktail all day, and probably tomorrow 👀, with ours made with @barsolpisco.

2 oz BarSol Pisco
75 oz Lime Juice
75 oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Garnish: Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients except bitters in cocktail shaker. Dry shake (vigorously and without ice) for 30-45 seconds to emulsify egg white. Add ice and shake an additional 10-15 seconds to chill. Strain into chilled coupe or rocks glass without ice. Top with a few drops bitters.

San Francisco is the birthplace of this classic warm and boozy drink, and there’s no better way to warm up on a chilly day than with a traditional Irish Coffee made with a smooth Irish whiskey, rich coffee, and a dollop of whipped cream. San Francisco’s @thebuenavistasf sells over 2,000 per day!

We’re making ours today with @writerstearswhiskey Copper Pot and with a twist—Irish Cream Whipped Cream using @theirishmanwhiskey Irish Cream. Writers’ Tears Copper Pot is a unique marriage of Aged Single Pot Still and Single Malt Irish whiskey. It is distilled entirely from barley, both malted and unmalted, yielding a truly special Irish Whiskey.

1.5 oz Writers’ Tears Copper Pot
.5 oz simple syrup
Top with your favorite coffee and Irish Cream whipped cream

.5 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons @theirishmanwhiskey Irish Cream
.25 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons sugar and whip until semi-firm
