Mekhong Thai Sabai

What you'll need


2 oz Mekhong
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
part Thai Sweet Basil Leaves
1 splash Soda Water


Sprig of Thai Sweet Basil

Lime Wedge


Rocks Glass


Slap and tear basil leaves then drop into the shaker. Add Mekhong and other ingredients, and shake with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with a sprig of Thai sweet basil and lime wedge.
