Barrels of Apples

What you'll need

Ingredients

40 ml Arran Barrel Reserve Whisky
30 ml C. Drouin Sélection Calvados
20 ml Rosemary Syrup*

Garnish

Dried rosemary sprigs

Glassware

Rocks Glass

Preparation

Add all ingredients to mixing glass
Stir all ingredients over ice
Strain in a pre-chilled glass

* Rosemary Syrup recipe:

Prepare a simple syrup, equal parts sugar and water. Remove from heat, infuse fresh rosemary for half hour, strain and keep cool.
