| 2 oz | Denizen Aged White Rum |
| 0.5 oz | Honey Syrup |
| 0.5 oz | Lime Juice |
| 2 oz | Sparkling Wine |

Preparation
Pour all ingredients, except for sprakling wine into shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a Champagne Flute or Wine Glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with lime wheel
Honey Syrup: (1:1 honey & water)
