A full flavored, yet harmoniously balanced mix of creamy vanilla sweetness from the American oak, which combines beautifully with dried fruit flavors of apricot and sultanas from the fortified wine casks

Batch No. 4 is a limited release and is a marriage of hand selected Bourbon, Sherry and Port casks.

 

Three distinctive hand-crafted copper pot stills are used to achieve Dingle Single Malt's unique flavor profile. Wooden mash tun and fermentation vessels are used in a nod tradition. Only the pristine water drawn from their own well, 240 feet below the distillery, is used in the distillation.

 

The whiskey is triple distilled and non-chill filtered.
