Notes
A burst of blue/black fruits on the nose forms a tart almost jam like sweetness on the palate with some subtle notes of citrus peels, the liquid coats the mouth like warm honey, mixed berries and marmalade linger on the tongue.
Batch No. 3 is a limited release of 600 cases at 46% ABV. It is a marriage of hand selected Bourbon and Port casks.
Three distinctive hand-crafted copper pot stills are used to achieve Dingle Single Malt's unique flavor profile. Wooden mash tun and fermentation vessels are used in a nod tradition. Only the pristine water drawn from their own well, 240 feet below the distillery, is used in the distillation.
The whiskey is triple distilled and non-chill filtered.
