Preparation Instructions
Add vermouth, whisky and lapsang tea to mixing glass. Add bitters. Add ice to mixing glass and stir with cocktail spoon for 30-40 revolutions. Strain into a double old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with cherry.
