2 ozBarSol Selecto Italia Pisco
2 ozPineapple Juice
1 ozFresh Lime Juice
1 ozSimple Syrup

Garnish

Luxardo Cherry, Pineapple Chunks

Wine Glass

Preparation Instructions

Add all liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into an ice filled white wine glass. Garnish by adding pineapple chunks and Luxardo Cherry.

Notes
The original SF Pisco Punch recipe from the 1800s is made with a pisco from Italia grapes known as “Rosa del Peru”.
