| 1 oz | Old Pulteney Stroma Liqueur |
| 0.50 oz | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| 0.25 oz | Honey Syrup |
| 0.25 oz | Elderflower Cordial |

Preparation
Add all ingredients apart from sparking soda to shaker, add ice and shake for 10 seconds, pour over ice into tall glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
